Una caracter\u00edstica clave es la v\u00e1lvula \u00fanica de rotaci\u00f3n continua, que reemplaza m\u00faltiples v\u00e1lvulas de asiento convencionales y divide el lecho cil\u00edndrico de almacenamiento de calor en varios sectores independientes.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la rotaci\u00f3n, cada sector realiza secuencialmente tres funciones: precalentar el gas contaminado entrante, almacenar la energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica del gas limpio y purgar. Este movimiento rotatorio continuo garantiza transiciones fluidas entre las fases operativas y elimina las fluctuaciones de presi\u00f3n t\u00edpicas de las v\u00e1lvulas de conmutaci\u00f3n tradicionales.<\/p>\n<p>En el sistema representado, el gas contaminado entra a 25 \u00b0C con un caudal de 100\u00a0000 Nm\u00b3\/h. Pasa por sectores cer\u00e1micos calientes para su precalentamiento antes de llegar a la c\u00e1mara de combusti\u00f3n, donde se produce la oxidaci\u00f3n a alta temperatura. Tras el tratamiento, 30\u00a0000 Nm\u00b3\/h del gas purificado salen a \u2265950 \u00b0C y pueden dirigirse a una caldera de recuperaci\u00f3n de calor y un generador de turbina de vapor para su recuperaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda. Los 70\u00a0000 Nm\u00b3\/h restantes transfieren calor a capas cer\u00e1micas m\u00e1s fr\u00edas antes de liberarse por debajo de 30 \u00b0C. Se utiliza una peque\u00f1a corriente de gas purificado para la purga y evitar fugas, mientras que sellos especializados garantizan la estanqueidad del gas.
