Dans la zone d\u2019adsorption, un gaz r\u00e9siduaire faiblement concentr\u00e9 traverse le rotor, permettant l\u2019adsorption des COV tandis que le gaz purifi\u00e9 est \u00e9vacu\u00e9. Une fois le rotor satur\u00e9, il passe dans la zone de d\u00e9sorption, o\u00f9 un faible apport d\u2019air chaud (180-220\u00a0\u00b0C) r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re la z\u00e9olite. Apr\u00e8s d\u00e9sorption, le rotor entre dans la zone de refroidissement avant de retourner dans la zone d\u2019adsorption pour un nouveau cycle, permettant d\u2019atteindre un facteur de concentration de 5 \u00e0 30 et un taux de purification de 95 \u00e0 98\u00a0%.<\/p>\n<p>Principalement utilis\u00e9 pour les gaz d'\u00e9chappement faiblement concentr\u00e9s dans des secteurs comme le rev\u00eatement et l'impression, le rotor \u00e0 z\u00e9olite permet de concentrer ces gaz en vue d'un traitement ult\u00e9rieur dans un RTO. En fonction des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de chaque secteur, Ever-Power personnalise les mat\u00e9riaux z\u00e9olithiques et les taux de concentration, garantissant ainsi un traitement efficace et la satisfaction de ses clients.
