Sistem denitrifikasi SCR terutama terdiri dari reaktor SCR, sistem pencampuran pemanas gas buang, sistem penyimpanan dan injeksi amonia, sistem peniupan dan kontrol jelaga pulsa, dll. Reaktor SCR adalah peralatan inti dari sistem denitrifikasi gas buang. Reaktor ini disusun secara vertikal, dan gas buang mengalir vertikal ke bawah. Perangkat distribusi aliran udara dan sekat dipasang di pintu masuk untuk memastikan aliran gas buang yang lancar dan distribusi aliran udara yang seragam, menciptakan kondisi untuk kelancaran reaksi denitrifikasi.
