RTO Product Overview

RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidation) is a highly efficient piece of equipment widely used in industrial waste gas treatment, particularly suitable for treating waste gases containing acidic gases. Acidic gases, such as nitrogen oxides (NOx), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), and hydrogen chloride (HCl), are common pollutants emitted from many industrial processes (such as chemical, petrochemical, and metallurgical industries). RTO technology converts harmful gases into harmless substances through high-temperature combustion, effectively treating waste gases and reducing environmental pollution.

What are Acidic Gases?

Acidic gases are gases that can react with water to form acidic solutions under normal temperature and pressure. These gases typically contain hydrogen ions (H⁺) or other chemical components that can combine with water to form acids. Acidic gases are produced in many industrial processes and can pose threats to the environment and human health. They mainly include SO₂, NOx, HCl, H₂S, etc.

Expertise & Qualifications

Leveraging the “National Engineering Laboratory for Volatile Organic Pollution Control Materials and Technologies-Shaanxi Branch,” which we established in collaboration with the University of Science and Technology of China and Xi’an Jiaotong University, we concentrate on thermal storage combustion technology and molecular sieve adsorption technology as our primary research areas. We aim to create a technology research sharing platform to foster collaborative technological advancement throughout the industry.
