Pendekatan bersepadu ini terdiri daripada:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prarawatan: Peringkat ini menyingkirkan zarah besar dan melaraskan suhu dan kelembapan aliran gas, menyediakannya untuk peringkat rawatan berikutnya.<\/li>\n<li>Pengoksida Terma Regeneratif (RTO): Di sini, gas buangan dipanaskan pada suhu tinggi, mengoksidakan sebatian organik menjadi karbon dioksida dan wap air.<\/li>\n<li>Pengurangan Pemangkin Selektif (SCR): Berikutan RTO, SCR mengurangkan nitrogen oksida (NOx) dengan menggunakan mangkin dan agen penurunan seperti ammonia, menukarkannya kepada nitrogen dan air.<\/li>\n<li>Penyahsulfuran dan Penyahklorinan: Langkah terakhir tertumpu pada penyingkiran sebatian sulfur dan klorin.
