Hierdoor worden grotere vervuilende moleculen effectief verwijderd en wordt de belasting van de daaropvolgende behandelingseenheden verlaagd.<\/li>\n<li>Ontzwaveling: In deze fase worden zwavelverbindingen verwijderd om zuurvorming en corrosie van de apparatuur te voorkomen. Dit is essentieel om de duurzaamheid van het systeem en de operationele integriteit te waarborgen.<\/li>\n<li>Verdunning van gemengde lucht: het afgas wordt verdund met omgevingslucht om de concentratie van verontreinigingen te verlagen. Hierdoor wordt de verwerkingseffici\u00ebntie verbeterd en is de stroom gereed voor de laatste behandelingsstap.<\/li>\n<li>Regeneratieve thermische oxidator (RTO): In deze laatste fase wordt het verdunde gas behandeld in de RTO, waar oxidatie bij hoge temperatuur de resterende vluchtige organische stoffen omzet in onschadelijke bijproducten zoals koolstofdioxide en waterdamp, waardoor wordt voldaan aan de strenge emissienormen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Door deze integrale aanpak kunnen petrochemische bedrijven hun afvalgas effici\u00ebnt beheren en voldoen aan de milieuvoorschriften. Onze roterende sluis-RTO daarentegen neemt slechts 1350 vierkante meter (2 Chinese mu) in beslag, wat de benodigde ruimte met ongeveer een derde verkleint bij een vergelijkbare verwerkingscapaciteit. Dit compacte ontwerp bespaart aanzienlijk kostbare ruimte in de installatie, terwijl de hoge verwerkingseffici\u00ebntie behouden blijft.
