Teknolojimiz, \u00fcst\u00fcn VOC giderme, enerji verimlili\u011fi ve yerel ve uluslararas\u0131 standartlara uyumluluk sa\u011flayarak Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven ve Lahey gibi \u015fehirlerdeki bask\u0131 tesislerinin operasyonel g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fi korurken emisyonlar\u0131 azaltmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n<section>\n<h2>Hollanda Ba\u011flam\u0131nda Fleksografik Bask\u0131 Emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 Anlamak<\/h2>\n<p>Hollanda'da ambalaj, etiket ve esnek malzemeler i\u00e7in yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan flekso bask\u0131, etanol, etil asetat ve izopropil alkol gibi u\u00e7ucu organik bile\u015fikler (VOC'ler) i\u00e7eren m\u00fcrekkepler i\u00e7erir. Bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcler kuruma s\u0131ras\u0131nda buharla\u015farak b\u00fcy\u00fck miktarlarda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck konsantrasyonlu egzoz gaz\u0131 olu\u015fturur. Rotterdam'\u0131n liman b\u00f6lgesi ve Amsterdam'\u0131n yarat\u0131c\u0131 b\u00f6lgeleri gibi end\u00fcstriyel merkezlerde bask\u0131 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn geli\u015fti\u011fi Hollanda'da, hava kalitesi sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in etkili kontrol gerektiren s\u0131k\u0131 \u00e7evre d\u00fczenlemeleri bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Daha geni\u015f bir Avrupa pazar\u0131n\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131 olan Hollanda matbaa sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, egzoz gazlar\u0131ndaki y\u00fcksek nem (genellikle -801,3 T) ve seri bask\u0131dan kaynaklanan de\u011fi\u015fken VOC y\u00fckleri nedeniyle zorluklarla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r. Kuzey Hollanda, G\u00fcney Hollanda ve Kuzey Brabant gibi illerdeki tesisler, Hollanda \u00c7evre Y\u00f6netimi Yasas\u0131 ve AB direktifleri uyar\u0131nca para cezalar\u0131ndan ka\u00e7\u0131nmak i\u00e7in bu sorunlar\u0131 ele almak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>RTO sistemlerimiz, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck VOC'li ak\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7in zeolit \u200b\u200btekerlek konsantrasyonunu entegre ederek bu sorunlar\u0131n \u00fcstesinden gelir ve 98%'nin \u00fczerinde imha oranlar\u0131 sa\u011flarken, \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 prosesin yeniden kullan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in geri kazan\u0131r. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, Hollanda'n\u0131n d\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomi hedefleriyle uyumludur ve enerji yo\u011fun bask\u0131 i\u015flemlerinde enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azalt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>Ever-Power RTO'nun Flekso Bask\u0131 \u0130\u00e7in Ba\u015fl\u0131ca \u00d6zellikleri<\/h2>\n<p>Egzoz hacimlerinin 10.000 ila 100.000 m\u00b3\/saat aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fi ve VOC konsantrasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n 1-10 g\/Nm\u00b3 aras\u0131nda seyretti\u011fi flekso bask\u0131 senaryolar\u0131nda, RTO sistemimiz uyarlanabilirli\u011fiyle \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Proje, dar bir alana sonradan kurulum yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eriyordu ve sadece 5 hafta i\u00e7inde devreye al\u0131nd\u0131.
