Kimyasal \u00fcretim i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli b\u00f6lgeler olan Kuzey Hollanda ve G\u00fcney Hollanda'daki tesisler, \u00fclkenin yo\u011fun n\u00fcfusu ve \u00e7evresel hassasiyetleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak bu emisyonlar\u0131 y\u00f6netmek zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r, hammadde ithalat\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran Rotterdam'daki stratejik limanlardan faydalan\u0131rken, Amsterdam'daki kentsel yak\u0131nl\u0131ktan kaynaklanan bask\u0131larla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalmaktad\u0131r. \u00dclkenin ikliminden kaynaklanan y\u00fcksek nem, egzoz gaz\u0131 y\u00f6netimini karma\u015f\u0131k hale getirerek, ar\u0131tma sistemlerinde yo\u011fu\u015fma riskine yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>RTO teknolojimiz, nem ve a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 maddeler i\u00e7in \u00f6n i\u015flem uygulayarak bu sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmekte, 99%'nin \u00fczerinde VOC'nin yok edilmesini sa\u011flarken, enerjiye duyarl\u0131 Hollanda tesislerinde i\u015fletme giderlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in \u0131s\u0131y\u0131 geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<h2>Re\u00e7ine \u00dcretiminde RTO'nun Ay\u0131rt Edici \u00d6zellikleri<\/h2>\n<p>Re\u00e7ine \u00fcretiminden kaynaklanan egzoz gazlar\u0131 y\u00fcksek solvent y\u00fckleri, polimerizasyon kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 potansiyeli ve baz\u0131 re\u00e7inelerden kaynaklanan asidik bile\u015fenler i\u00e7erir. Hollanda'da, Brabant veya Gelderland'daki tesislerin tedarik zincirleriyle entegre oldu\u011fu durumlarda, RTO'nun fenolik re\u00e7inelerden kaynaklananlar gibi a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 buharlara dayanmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u00e7ine sentezindeki de\u011fi\u015fken parti i\u015flemleri, VOC konsantrasyonlar\u0131nda dalgalanmalara neden olarak geni\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma aral\u0131\u011f\u0131na sahip sistemler gerektirir. Ever-Power'\u0131n tasar\u0131mlar\u0131, i\u015flemleri stabilize etmek ve Utrecht'in sanayi parklar\u0131 yak\u0131nlar\u0131ndaki gibi h\u0131zl\u0131 tempolu ortamlarda ar\u0131za s\u00fcrelerini
