Avrupa ve \u00f6tesindeki fabrikalarda y\u0131llarca s\u00fcren uygulamal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zdan yola \u00e7\u0131karak, yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lardaki yap\u0131\u015fkan kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n ve u\u00e7ucu bile\u015fiklerin standart ekipmanlar\u0131 nas\u0131l zorlayabilece\u011fini g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Rotterdam yak\u0131nlar\u0131ndaki bir projede, bir m\u00fc\u015fteri eski sistemlerini birka\u00e7 ayda bir t\u0131kayan ve maliyetli duru\u015flara yol a\u00e7an siloksan birikimiyle m\u00fccadele ediyordu. Geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00f6n filtreleme \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip \u00f6zel RTO'muzu kurarak, bak\u0131m duru\u015f s\u00fcrelerini yar\u0131ya indirdik ve Hollanda'n\u0131n kat\u0131 hava kalitesi kurallar\u0131 aras\u0131nda daha sorunsuz operasyonlar sa\u011flad\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>Hollanda'da yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00fcretimi, hassas m\u00fchendisli\u011fin yenilik\u00e7i kimyayla bulu\u015ftu\u011fu Eindhoven ve Utrecht gibi sanayi merkezlerinde geli\u015fmektedir. RTO \u00fcnitelerimiz, bas\u0131nca duyarl\u0131 bantlar veya yap\u0131sal yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131lar \u00fcreten tesislerde yayg\u0131n olan y\u00fcksek nem ve de\u011fi\u015fken VOC y\u00fcklerini sorunsuz bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6neterek bu ortamlara kusursuz bir \u015fekilde entegre olur. Bel\u00e7ika'n\u0131n Antwerp kentinde veya Almanya'n\u0131n Ruhr Vadisi'nde benzer kurulumlar, toluen gibi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fclerin a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 etkilerine kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlayarak s\u0131n\u0131r \u00f6tesi tedarik zincirleri i\u00e7in uzun vadeli g\u00fcvenilirlik sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2>Yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00dcretim At\u0131k Gaz\u0131n\u0131n Ba\u015fl\u0131ca \u00d6zellikleri<\/h2>\n<p>Yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00fcretiminde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan at\u0131k gazlar, sa\u011flam bir ar\u0131tma gerektiren kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc \u00f6zelliklere sahiptir. Bu gazlar genellikle esterler, ketonlar ve siloksanlar gibi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fclerin bir kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir; bu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fcler y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda polimerle\u015ferek verimlili\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren tortular olu\u015fturabilir.
