Kompozit tesislerinde on y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n saha \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan edindi\u011fim deneyimle, stiren buharlar\u0131n\u0131n umut vadeden bir kal\u0131plama s\u00fcrecini nas\u0131l bir d\u00fczenleme kabusuna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilece\u011fine bizzat \u015fahit oldum. Rotterdam'da r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini kanatlar\u0131 konusunda uzmanla\u015fm\u0131\u015f bir tesiste, kontrols\u00fcz emisyonlar s\u0131k \u200b\u200bs\u0131k durdurmalara ve yerel hava kalitesi y\u00f6netmelikleri uyar\u0131nca y\u00fcksek para cezalar\u0131na yol a\u00e7\u0131yordu. Entegre f\u0131r\u0131nlama d\u00f6ng\u00fclerine sahip \u00f6zelle\u015ftirilmi\u015f RTO'muzu kullanarak, sadece stiren seviyelerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmekle kalmad\u0131k, ayn\u0131 zamanda re\u00e7ine banyolar\u0131n\u0131 \u0131s\u0131tmak i\u00e7in \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m\u0131 da sa\u011flad\u0131k ve enerji faturalar\u0131n\u0131 ilk y\u0131lda \u00fc\u00e7te bir oran\u0131nda azaltt\u0131k.<\/p>\n<p>FRP \u00fcretimi, hassas kal\u0131plaman\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir uygulamalarla bulu\u015ftu\u011fu Eindhoven ve Delft gibi Hollanda'daki inovasyon merkezlerinde geli\u015fiyor. Sistemlerimiz, tekne g\u00f6vdeleri veya otomotiv panelleri \u00fcreten tesislerdeki elle serim ve filament sar\u0131m\u0131ndan olu\u015fan de\u011fi\u015fken kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 y\u00f6neterek bu operasyonlarla m\u00fckemmel bir uyum sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bel\u00e7ika'n\u0131n Antwerp veya Almanya'n\u0131n Bremen \u015fehirlerinde de benzer kurulumlar, AB denetimine kar\u015f\u0131 tedarik zincirlerini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek, havac\u0131l\u0131k ve denizcilik uygulamalar\u0131na odaklanan yerel kompozit k\u00fcmeleriyle sorunsuz bir \u015fekilde b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fiyor.<\/p>\n<h2>FRP \u00dcretiminde Kullan\u0131lan Egzoz Sistemlerinin Ay\u0131rt Edici \u00d6zellikleri<\/h2>\n<p>FRP proseslerinden \u00e7\u0131kan egzoz gaz\u0131, standart emisyon kontrol ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131 zorlayan kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir kar\u0131\u015f\u0131ma sahiptir. Ba\u015fl\u0131ca su\u00e7lu olan stiren, re\u00e7ine uygulamas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda kolayca buharla\u015farak, cam elyaflar\u0131 ve kataliz\u00f6rlerle kar\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f nemli ak\u0131mlarda 500 ila 5000 ppm aras\u0131nda konsantrasyonlar olu\u015fturur. Hollanda'n\u0131n \u0131l\u0131man ikliminde, genellikle ,1'i a\u015fan ba\u011f\u0131l nem, kanallarda yo\u011fu\u015fmay\u0131 te\u015fvik ederek, Groningen'den Maastricht'e kadar bir\u00e7ok tesiste temizledi\u011fim t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131klara yol a\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<p>Elyaf do\u011frama i\u015fleminden kaynaklanan toz, a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 par\u00e7ac\u0131klar ekleyerek zamanla vanalar\u0131 a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131rken, ay\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 maddelerden gelen siloksanlar oksidasyon s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131nda cams\u0131 tortulara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilir. Ak\u0131\u015f h\u0131zlar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde dalgalan\u0131r ve Utrecht tesislerindeki b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli pultr\u00fczyon s\u0131ras\u0131nda 30.000 m\u00b3\/saate kadar \u00e7\u0131kar.
