Kimyasal inovasyonda zengin bir ge\u00e7mi\u015fe ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir uygulamalara s\u0131k\u0131 bir \u015fekilde odaklanan Hollanda gibi bir \u00fclkede, ekstraksiyon s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinden kaynaklanan u\u00e7ucu organik bile\u015fiklerin y\u00f6netimi, operasyonel verimlili\u011fi art\u0131r\u0131rken mevzuata uyumu da sa\u011flar. RTO \u00fcnitelerimiz bunlar\u0131 y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda oksitleyerek, Kuzey Hollanda'n\u0131n Amsterdam merkezli laboratuvarlar\u0131nda veya Gelderland'\u0131n tar\u0131m-kimya tesislerinde enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 en aza indirmek i\u00e7in \u0131s\u0131 geri kazan\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kom\u015fu \u00fclkelere bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Bel\u00e7ika'n\u0131n Antwerp liman\u0131, ince kimyasallar i\u00e7in iki fazl\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerde Rotterdam'\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fini yans\u0131t\u0131rken, Almanya'n\u0131n Ruhr Vadisi a\u011f\u0131r sanayide \u00e7ok fazl\u0131 ak\u0131\u015flar\u0131 y\u00f6netiyor. Danimarka'n\u0131n Kopenhag liman\u0131 ise biyoteknolojide ye\u015fil ekstraksiyonlara odaklanarak, Hollanda'n\u0131n Zeeland veya Limburg'daki operasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyen AB standartlar\u0131yla uyum sa\u011fl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda, ABD'nin Teksas eyaleti veya \u00c7in'in \u015eanghay \u015fehri gibi \u00f6nde gelen kimya \u00fclkeleri, Hollanda'n\u0131n \u00c7evre Y\u00f6netimi Yasas\u0131'na benzer d\u00fczenlemeler alt\u0131nda, ekstraksiyon yoluyla u\u00e7ucu organik bile\u015fiklerin (VOC) kontrol\u00fc i\u00e7in benzer RTO'lar kullanmaktad\u0131r. Gaz-s\u0131v\u0131-kat\u0131 etkile\u015fimlerini i\u00e7eren \u00e7ok fazl\u0131 ak\u0131\u015flar, \u00f6n i\u015flemden ge\u00e7irilmedi\u011fi takdirde sistemleri kirletebilecek partik\u00fcller ekler.<\/p>\n<p>Hollanda'daki ba\u011flamlarda, \u00f6rne\u011fin Brabant'\u0131n kimya k\u00fcmelerinde, nem seviyeleri y\u00fczde 80'e ula\u015fmaktad\u0131r ve seramik yataklarda yo\u011fu\u015fmay\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in RTO giri\u015finden \u00f6nce nem alma i\u015flemi gerekmektedir.
