(DRE)\uff0c\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u5904\u7406\u8fd9\u4e9b\u590d\u6742\u6d41\u4f53\u7684\u9ec4\u91d1\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e13\u4e3a\u7535\u5b50\u884c\u4e1a\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684RTO\u5e76\u975e\u201c\u73b0\u6210\u201d\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u9ad8\u7cbe\u5ea6\u70ed\u5316\u5b66\u53cd\u5e94\u5668\u3002\u5176\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406\u662f\u5c06\u5de5\u827a\u5e9f\u6c14\u6e29\u5ea6\u63d0\u5347\u81f3\u7ea6850\u00b0C\uff0c\u5728\u6b64\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0b\uff0c\u78b3\u6c22\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5149\u523b\u80f6\u6eb6\u5242\uff0c\u5982PGMEA\u3001NMP\u548cIPA\uff09\u88ab\u6c27\u5316\u5206\u89e3\u4e3aCO\u2082\u548cH\u2082O\u3002 <strong>\u53cc\u7ea7\u6e7f\u5f0f\u6d17\u6da4\u5668<\/strong> \u5728\u6c27\u5316\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e4b\u524d\u6216\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u4e2d\u548c\u8150\u8680\u6027\u526f\u4ea7\u7269\u5982 HF\u3001HCl \u548c NOx\u3002<\/p>\n<div class=\"img-placeholder\"><\/div>\n<p>\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48RTO\u662f\u5904\u7406\u7279\u6b8a\u7535\u5b50\u8bbe\u5907\u5e9f\u6c14\u7684\u9996\u9009\uff1f\u7b54\u6848\u5728\u4e8e\u5b83\u80fd\u591f\u6709\u6548\u5904\u7406\u5e9f\u6c14\u3002 <strong>\u5927\u5bb9\u91cf\u3001\u4f4e\u6d53\u5ea6<\/strong> \u6781\u5176\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u7269\u6d41\u3002\u5728 CMN Industry Inc.\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e0d\u4ec5\u6ee1\u8db3\u5f53\u5730\u73af\u4fdd\u673a\u6784\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u4f4e\u4e8e 10mg\/m\u00b3
