Exhaust Gas Pretreatment
Asphalt flue gas undergoes 4-stage filtration and oil removal before entering RTO, with an oil and gas separation efficiency of up to 90%.

Exhaust Gas Collection

Fire damper, Proportional valve and Manual regulating valve for gas hood are critical for ensuring safety, precision control, and operational flexibility in industrial ventilation and exhaust gas management systems. The fire damper automatically closes in response to high temperatures, preventing the spread of fire through ductwork. The proportional valve enables precise adjustment of gas or air flow rates, supporting efficient combustion and process control. The manual regulation valve on the capture hood allows operators to finely tune the exhaust air volume based on real-time production needs, ensuring optimal capture efficiency and energy usage. Together, they enhance system safety, performance, and adaptability.
Exhaust Gas Collection and Low-point Oil Drainage
The inclination angle of the pipeline is convenient for collecting the liquid in the pipeline; a drain port is set at the low point.

RTO Oil Drainage Structure Design

Furnace Base Oil Drainage Design

The rotary valve RTO furnace base is elevated 2 meters above the ground, with an internal oil drainage structure. Compared to chamber bed RTOs, this design significantly enhances oil drainage efficiency, preventing oil accumulation inside the furnace and eliminating the fire hazard caused by oil retention and rebaking at the base of chamber-type RTOs.
